بموجب هذه البنود، سيشار إلى تطبيق للبناء 4build .
لن يتم الاحتفاظ بمعلومات بطاقات الصراف الآلي أو بطاقات الائتمان الخاصة بكم على الموقع، كما لن يتم تشارك هذه المعلومات مع طرف ثالث أو مواقع خارجية.
سيتم الاحتفاظ بكافة المعلومات المقدمة من قبل العملاء أو مقدمي الخدمات (باستثناء معلومات بطاقات الصراف الآلي وبطاقات الائتمان)، وخاصة تلك التي تتعلق بالمشاريع وعروض الأسعار، وستعتبر وفقا لهذا ملكية حصرية لتطبيق للبناء 4build .
سيتم استخدام الكوكيز و/أو وسائل أخرى لتخزين البيانات والخيارات المفضلة لدى المستخدم (باستثناء معلومات بطاقات الصراف الآلي وبطاقات الائتمان) .
في حالة حدوث اختراق لبيانات المستخدمين وهي حالة بعيدة الاحتمال، فإن ادارة التطبيق لن تكون مسؤولة و/أو عرضة للمسائلة القانونية عن أي معلومات يتم الحصول عليها.
في الحالات التي يطلب فيها منا بحكم القانون أن نقوم بتقديم معلومات المستخدمين لطرف ثالث مثل السلطات المحلية أو الحكومة، فإننا سنفعل ذلك وفقا للقانون الكويتي وحسب طلب الجهة المعنية .
سنبذل قصارى جهدنا في تطبيق للبناء 4build لحماية قواعد البيانات التي تحتوي على الصفحات الشخصية والمشاريع وعروض الأسعار وغيرها. ومع ذلك، فلن تكون الشركة مسؤولة عن أي اختراق لبيانات المستخدمين، كما لن تكون عرضة للتبعات القانونية الناجمة عن ذلك .
كافة المعلومات التي تحتوي على الصفحات الشخصية والمشاريع وعروض الأسعار وغيرها تعتبر ملكا لتطبيق للبناء 4build ونحن نحتفظ بالحق في استخدام هذه البيانات لأغراض البحث والتحليل وغيرذلك .
Your ATM or credit card information will not be kept on the site, nor will this information be shared with third parties or external sites .
All information provided by customers or service providers (except for ATM and credit card information), especially those related to projects and quotations, will be retained, and accordingly will be considered exclusive ownership of the 4build construction application .
Cookies and / or other means will be used to store the user’s preferred data and options (except for ATM and credit card information) .
In the event of a user data breach which is highly unlikely, the administration of the application will not be responsible and / or subject to legal liability for any information obtained .
In cases where we are required by law to provide user information to a third party such as local authorities or the government, we will do so in accordance with Kuwaiti law and as requested by the relevant authority .
We will do our best in the 4build application to protect databases containing personal pages, projects, quotes, etc. However, the company will not be responsible for any breach of user data, nor will it be subject to the legal consequences of that .
All information containing personal pages, projects, quotations, etc. is the property of the 4build application and we reserve the right to use this data for research, analysis and other purposes .
